"Edit address" view remains in editing mode after being dismissed #21096

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings > Addresses and save an address
  2. Tap the newly saved address
  3. Tap the “Edit” navigation bar button
  4. Dismiss the “edit address” sheet by swiping it closed (or tapping away on iPad)
  5. Tap the saved address again

Expected behavior The available toolbar buttons are “Close” and “Edit”

Actual behavior The available toolbar buttons are “Cancel” and “Save”

Verified as fixed on v129 (43869), with iPhone 15 (17.5).
