[Heuristic Evaluation] 3.0 The cancel/close button for Onboarding is just an X on the opposite side of the screen from where one’s attention is. More intuitive would be an explicit “Done” button. #21142

We won’t fix this because the new Terms of Service onboarding requires that users complete the onboarding.
