[Rollout] The Microsurvey is not displayed on the homepage even though all triggers have been met

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox Release 130.0 (build 44347) - build downloaded from TestFlight.

[Affected Platforms]:

• iOS 17.5 - iPhone Xr

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the device set to 2 days in the past and install Firefox Release 130.0 (build 44347) from TestFlight.
• Have the device set to the English language.
• Have the device set to the US as the region.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Safari app and paste the link (Paste & Go) from +here+ to enroll in the survey branch of the "Microsurvey: iOS Homepage CSAT 2024" rollout.
2. Close Firefox and paste the link in Safari again.
3. Close Firefox and move the system time to the current date.
4. Open Firefox and open a new tab.
5. Dismiss the keyboard and observe the homepage.

[Expected result]:

• The microsurvey is triggered and displayed at the bottom of the page.

[Actual result]:

• No message is displayed at the bottom of the page.

[Notes]:

• The issue is also reproducible on Beta as the message that we see is not coming from the Experiment payload, it’s coming from the evergreen messages file.
• Attached a screen recording of the issue.

I have verified that the issue is no longer reproducible with the updated recipe. All messages (English, German, and French) are successfully displayed on Firefox Release 130 (44347).

For context, the issue was the recipe was missing single quotations around en-US, adding the correct syntax to the recipe has fixed this issue. Thank you Ciprian Muresan for verifying!
