[Favicons refactor] - "https://www.etsy.com/" hero image at incorrect size is displayed instead of favicon #21986

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://www.etsy.com on FF desktop and add bookmark and pin the website
  2. Check the fav icon on the device

Expected behavior

Favicon is correctly displayed

Actual behavior

Hero image at incorrect size is displayed on the following sections: Jump back In, Tab pickup, Bookmarks.

Please note that using FF v128 version the facvicon is displayed everywhere.

Investigation notes: I was able to reproduce this by bookmarking product pages on Etsy (seems to not just occur through account sync). Sometimes I get the E favicon, other times a large product hero, and other times a favicon sized product hero.

Here are all three on one Home page:
