[Favicons refactor] - The groupon.com icon is not displayed #22003

Steps to reproduce

  1. Fresh install FF.
  2. Open Groupon.com
  3. Observe the favicon.
  4. Check the following: Homepage (Shortcuts, Bookmarks, Jump in Back (tab pickup), Tab history (back/forward arrow buttons), Library panels: Bookmarks, Tab tray view + inactive tabs, Favicon displayed on tab bar (iPads).

    Expected behavior

    The favicon should be displayed with the Groupon icon.

    Actual behavior

    The Groupon.com icon is incorrectly displayed.

    Device & build information

    • Device: iPad Pro (18)
    • Build version: v131 (45309)
    • First seen version: N/A

@abodea does it happen all the time on iPad, what happens on a fresh install?

Wondering if its only Groupon or other websites also behaving same way too.
