Studies opt out on Focus iOS #22012

Let’s make sure that when telemetry is unchecked, it should also grey out and uncheck studies, which should then immediately disable the Nimbus Client and unenroll from any active experiments/rollouts.

Razvan Litianu This is the issue similar to what we did on Firefox iOS.

Verified as fixed on Focus v131.1 (46150) - iPhone 13 pro (17.5).
