[Favicons refactor] - Inconsistency in displaying gmail favicon in library bookmarks section #22015

Steps to reproduce

  1. Fresh install FF.
  2. Access gmail.
  3. Sign in with your google account.
  4. Add it to bookmarks.
  5. Access gmail again.
  6. Add it again to bookmarks.
  7. Observe the favicon display in the library bookmarks section.

Expected behavior The favicons are the same.

Actual behavior The favicons are different.
