[Favicons refactor] - "msn.com" favicon is blurry in website shortcuts widget #22016

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install FF.
  2. Go to msn.com.
  3. Add it to shortcuts.
  4. Add website shortcuts widget.
  5. Observe msn.com favicon displayed in the widget.

Expected behavior The favicon is clear.

Actual behavior The favicon is blurry.

Blurry icons will be moving to S4 category and referencing the following PRs for it which improves it a bit on widget side https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/pull/22056 - Widget Only https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/pull/22101 - Widget + App
