Prerequisites User is enrolled in "New iOS toolbar" experiment treatment a.

Steps to reproduce

Open FF and load a website.
Tap on the address.
Observe.

Expected behavior The address is selected.

Actual behavior The address is not selected.

Device & build information

Device: iPhone 15 (17.5), iPad air 3rd gen (17.5)
Build version: v9000 (45556)

Seems similar to https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-9883 ( https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-9883|smart-link ) which was recently fixed - but seems to have broken again
