[Toolbar redesign] Inconsistent background color for the search engine backgrounds

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch FF and set the following search engines one by one: Wikipedia, eBay, Google, DuckDuckGo, and Bing.
2. Observe the background of the search engines

   Expected behavior

   All the backgrounds for the search engines should be consistent and not different backgrounds.

   Actual behavior

   Inconsistent background color for the search engine backgrounds

Changing the background color of the search engine is not possible the way the search engines are implemented currently. The image is saved already with the background color:
