Last visited page is briefly displayed before QR code scanner #22454

Steps to reproduce

Install FF. Open a webpage/stay on homepage.
Exit the app and long tap on the FF icon.
Select "Scan QR code".
Observe

Expected behavior The QR code scanner opens instantly.

Actual behavior The last visited tab is briefly displayed before the QR code scanner is opened.

It is not a bug, it is the load time of the page that you are scanning.
