[Menu redesign] - Reader view is missing from the tools menu #22794

Prerequisites

User is enrolled in iOS Menu redesign experiment, treatment a and in toolbar redesign treatment a.

Steps to reproduce

Install FF.

Install FF and open the app.
Access a webpage.
Tap on the hamburger menu.
Go to Tools sub menu.
Observe the items.

Expected behavior Reader view is displayed (greyed out if the functionality doesn’t apply to the respective website).

Actual behavior Reader view is NOT displayed.

Based on this PR https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/pull/22803 ( https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/pull/22803|smart-link ), removing reader view from menu, is intended.
