[Menu Redesign] Fix the margin and Padding for the sections/islands in the menu. #23140

Steps to reproduce

Open the menu.

Expected behavior

The margins should be 16 dp and padding should be 32 dp
Actual behavior
The margins are 12 dp and padding is 35 dp. Please review the attached image.
