[Unified search] [iPad] - The panel overlaps the url bar in landscape mode [Intermittent] #23181

Steps to reproduce

Install FF and open the app.
While on homepage, turn the device in landscape.
Tap on the chevron from the search panel and observe.

Expected behavior The search panel opens below the url bar.

Actual behavior The search panel overlaps the url bar.

This overlapping has been approved by the UI designer Michael Verdi since it’s standard iOS behaviour for the popovers. It’ll mostly happen on small iPads in landscape (for example iPad mini 6th gen).
