[Unified search] - The search engine list doesn't update after disabling some of the engines

Steps to reproduce

1. Install FF and open the app.
2. While on homepage , tap on the search panel-->all the search engines are displayed in the list.
3. Go to search settings and disable some of the engines.
4. Return to homepage and tap on the search panel chevron button.
5. Observe the engine list.

Expected behavior Only the enabled engines are displayed in the list.

Actual behavior All the engines are displayed in the list, including the disabled ones.
