[Unified Search] Keyboard does not reappear as expected after rotating and selecting from the bottom sheet

Possibly related to https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-10581 or https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-10491 .

Steps:

• Enabled toolbar refactor and unified search
• Start editing the toolbar so the keyboard pops up
• Tap the search engine drop down icon to open the bottom sheet
• Rotate the device
• Choose a search engine from the bottom sheet
• Observe – the keyboard does NOT reappear in landscape.
  • We expect the keyboard to reappear and editing of the toolbar to resume after selecting a search engine
  • If you rotate the phone back to portrait, the keyboard does reappear.
