[Menu redesign] - Menu functionalities not working

Steps to reproduce:

1. Fresh install FF.
2. While on homepage, tap on the menu.
3. Observe
4. Repeat steps 2-3 while on a website.

Actual results

While on homepage, none of the menu functionalities works.

While on webpage, only switch to desktop site, night mode, add to bookmark, add to shortcuts, save to reading list are functional. The rest of the functionalities don’t work.

Expected results

Both homepage and webpage menus work as expected.
