Steps to reproduce

Open several websites.
Tap on the tabs' tray icon.
Observe the close button for the opened websites.

Expected behavior

The close button for webpages in the tabs tray is displayed correctly and is not greyed out.

Actual behavior

The close button for webpages in the tabs tray appears greyed out.

Device: iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 16.2)
