[bug] Scrollbar invisible on FF iOS when using “enable night mode” (and dark theme on iOS)

Steps to reproduce

Set iPadOS/iOS13/14 to dark mode; Enable night mode on Firefox;

Expected behavior

Scrollbar should be visible, differentiated from black background, maybe dark grey, visible.

Actual behavior

Scrollbar is invisible, same color as black background. or better yet, like on Safari when reader mode is enabled, it appears when the page is moved, and is very narrow, light grey.

Device & build information

• Device: ? iphone 6s+, ipad 8
• Build version: ? reproduced for months on stable Firefox versions.
