UX polish: Favicons #9002

Many favicon styles found in app
When tapping + holding the Back button on tab bar to view past history, the line passes through transparent favicons
Found a bug under the Recently closed section where the favicon is enlarged and overlaps with the text (only happens sometimes)

Ashley Thomas The desired design would be Style 5 ( https://www.figma.com/file/7EAb9M2z5Jh1V5zAWPYUhF/Firefox-Audit?node-id=2%3A17 ) (with the slightly rounded white border) for dark mode and in light mode, it is a subtle light grey.
