Steps to reproduce

Go to "google.com"
Press "CMD+D"
Repeat step 2) a few times.
1. Expected behavior

The "google.com" page should only be bookmarked once
1. Actual behavior
The same page can be bookmarked multiple times after "CMD+D" is pressed.
