[XCUITests] Fix tests in contributor PR github check #9862

As part of the PRs we are running a workflow on github so that the build and test results are public to contributors and people withtout access to Bitrise. https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/runs/4944833789?check_suite_focus=true

It has been working well but from a few weeks now there are always a few tests failing that work on Bitrise. It is then showing the PRs as failed. Even though it is not a required check to pass before merging, it is not nice to have all PRs and check-ins in master as :x: .

We are going to try to fix that so the github workflow is green with no flaky tests. cc AaronMT
