Enable YouTube Fling #1925

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

As a user, I want to Fling a YouTube video from my phone to my TV so that I can watch on the bigger screen, and share with others in the room

What / Requirements

When a user with Firefox installed flings a video from YouTube to their Fire TV, it may be opened by Firefox (NOTE: We can't define how often, or in which situations, because of a bug)

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

YouTube videos can be flung to Firefox from another device
When a video is flung to the tv, it will play immediately and the currently viewed site will be added to the back history
SUMO article added for YouTube Fling
Tracking is in place in Telemetry & Amplitude

Dependencies

depends on #1433 Must be completed before this issue

I verified the casting instructions from @jonisavage and added one comment, but otherwise it looks good.

@athomasmoz fwiw I noticed that when you use Youtube Casting w/ Silk, they flash a splash screen briefly.
