Remedy Firefox's current web standards lag behind Silk #2136

Why/User Benefit/User Problem

User opens Firefox and gets messages that their browser is no longer supported. User may check about dialogue and see Firefox is stuck on Chromium 59 as that's what the Fire Stick 4k comes with at the time. User opens Silk and sites behave better and load quicker. No browser upgrade warnings. User blames Firefox instead of Amazon. Bad brand image.

What / Requirements

Either accelerate and prioritize GeckoView (works excellently except scrolling and YouTube hiccups) or ship Firefox with it's own updated Chromium version.

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

The user won't complain about problems that they will likely incorrectly attribute to Firefox.

Thanks for logging. GeckoView investigation underway to address this in general. Marking as P2 to look at for Chromium 70 release specifically
