Steps to Reproduce

Went to https://www.imperialviolet.org/2018/03/27/webauthn and scrolled up and down a lot. Some horizontal line appeared.

Expected Behavior

No extraneous artifacts like extra lines on the page

Actual Behavior

Displayed lines on page while scrolling up and down
