Steps to Reproduce
Go to Settings. The subtitle of 'General' mentions 'tabs'
Expected Behavior
To see settings for behavior of tabs, like "Switch to ..."
Actual Behavior
if there are no settings for tabs at all, why not remove the text 'tabs' from the subtitle?
