The gift icon in Settings redirects to a 404 page #48

Steps to Reproduce

1) open Settings 2) click the Gift icon (top-right) 3) it redirects to a 404 page

Expected Behavior

Should show the release notes page

Actual Behavior

Show a 404 page

This is expected. It links to the page for Focus 9000 which does not exist. This will start working when we create the 38 branch and set the app version.
