Focus Foxfooding: no ask for turn on Search Suggestions on iOS if not remove previous Focus #66

Steps to Reproduce

  1. install current version of focus from App Store
  2. open and search for anything
  3. click "accept search suggestion" on that current version
  4. close focus
  5. install focus (9000) from test pilot
  6. open focus (9000)
  7. search for anything from url bar
  8. it won't ask for turned on suggestions, also not showing any suggestions

Expected Behavior

  1. open new focus (9000) while previous version installed
  2. open focus
  3. search with url bar
  4. the dialog that ask if accept search suggestion pop up normally

Actual Behavior

nothing happened when typing any keywords in url bar

I was unable to reproduce this. I installed the current app store version and used to to search, apprving search suggestions. Then I installed the update on top and it correctly inherited the setting and I was able to see search suggestions.

Adding a bug label anyway so that we can investigate/test a bit more.

I cannot reproduce now either. probably related to system-wide adblock or so.
