PGAND-289 Multiple notification popup if the user enable notification in foreground #257

Implementation

  1. update notification image files
  2. remove duplicate notifications
  3. add AppExtensionUserDefaults to pass data to App Extensions
  4. handle switching state between main App and App Extensions
