No welcome mail or payment confirmed sent to the user when creating a subscription with IAP #286

Affected versions:

iOS VPN App 1.0.8 (936)
Affected Platforms:
iphone SE, iOS 13.1.2

Preconditions:

Existent FxA account that hasn't a vpn subscription set up

Steps to reproduce:

Open the vpn app on the ios device and log in with the fxa account that does not have a subscription set up
Tap the try mozilla vpn banner and complete the subscription process
Observe your inbox for received emails

Expected result:
- The user recieves 2 emails after creating a subscription. The welcome mail and the payment confirmation email.

Actual result:

No emails regarding the subscription are beeing received.

Since Apple is handling the subscription in this case, it would be up to them to send any confirmation emails. I'm not sure if they do that or not.
