Discuss and document plan for iOS supported versions (in particular as it relates to in app purchase)

Some background facts:

• Mozilla VPN supported platform doc lists iOS 13 and iOS 14 as supported.
• In App Purchase for iOS will be implemented by the FxA team in Q4'21/Q1'22.
• Apple is introducing a new sdk for purchases StoreKit2.
• Our current implementation for iOS in app purchases uses StoreKit1.
• The current distribution of iOS versions in the wild is documented here https://developer.apple.com/support/app-store/

Open question:

• Will StoreKit2 only be on iOS 15, or will it backport?

If StoreKit2 will not be backported to the earliest version of iOS that we support, then we will need to make sure all our systems, fxa in particular, support both StoreKit1 and StoreKit2.

So, this issue is to track and document our plan for iOS supported versions.

This is of high priority should ios15 users be blocked from IAP. Not only is Apple promoting this as a big new release, but our marketing team is rolling out paid marketing tests directed at mobile users starting the week of 10/25, so we need to make sure IAP is not affected before we lose out on both subscriber and revenue growth.
