[l10n] No scroll in Contact Us error screen on small devices

Mozilla VPN affected versions:

• 2.11.0 (16675700);

Affected platforms:

• Google Pixel 4 - Android 10;

Prerequisites:

• Be in Mozilla VPN - Contact Us screen; (after login)
• Have the language of the app set to French;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disconnect from the internet;
2. Fill all mandatory fields and submit the ticket to support;
3. Observe the contact support error screen;

Expected results:

• A scroll bar is available so that the user can see the entire screen content;

Actual results:

• No scroll bar is available and some of the options from the page are overlapped by the nav bar.

I believe this is slightly resolved via https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/VPN-2910 ( https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/VPN-2910|smart-link ) but it still doesn’t look great on small screens (eg iPhone SE 1st gen)

Verified this while using 2.17(2.202308282253) on Google Pixel with Android 10.

There is still no scroll in the error page. Matt Lichtenstein
