Santiago Andrigo She uses English, the issue gets fixed while choosing something else or just disabling/enabling the system language feature.
Just do a reset and quit action, log in (any of stage/prod), select location and navigate to USA → expand the list.

Verified this as fixed using 2.13.0 (2.202212290607). The names are displayed properly even after several reset and quit actions on both stage and prod.
Important details:
Changing the language or just disabling and enabling back the system language solves the issue;
Reproducible on both stage and prod server;

Have Mozilla VPN installed freshly installed (or perform the reset and quit action) and opened;
Have a Fx account with an active subscription;
Be signed in;
Steps to reproduce:
Expected result:
For step 3: “Republic of Ireland” / “United Kingdom” / “States of America” servers are correctly displayed;
For step 5: The localized city names are correctly displayed for the US - without district abbreviation;
Actual result:
For step 3: “Ireland” / “UK” / “USA” servers are displayed instead;
For step 5: The unlocalized city names are displayed for the US (i.e. Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL);
