[intermittent] Changes made during split tunneling tutorial are not reverted

Mozilla VPN affected versions:

• 2.13.0 (2.202301031338);

Platform tested:

• Android 10;
• Windows 10/11;

Prerequisites:

• Have Mozilla VPN app installed and open;
• Have an Fx account with subscription for Mozilla VPN;
• Be logged in;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start the split tunneling tutorial;
2. Disable the app permission feature;
3. Interrupt the tutorial;
4. Click “x” from the Leave tutorial modal;
5. Interrupt the tutorial again;
6. Click “Resume tutorial”;
7. Interrupt the tutorial again;
8. Click “Come back later”;
9. Observe the status of the app permission feature;

Expected results:

• The feature is enabled, as the tutorial was interrupted and the changes are reverted.

Actual results:

• The feature remains disabled;

Notes:

• Occurrence rate 2/5;

I’ve tried to reproduce this across platforms, and I was not able anymore.

The App permissions feature status is reverted to its initial state after tutorial dismiss;
