Add localized strings for new VPN location: Johannesburg (South Africa)

Acceptance Criteria

• The strings ‘South Africa’ and ‘Johannesburg’ in the countries and cities list in the VPN clients are appropriately translated in all the supported languages: co, cy, de, dsb, el, es, fi, fr, fy, hsb, hu, ia ,id, is, id, it, ha, nl, pa, pt_, ru, sk, sq, sv*, uk, zh* (testing on a few of these should suffice).

Verified this as fixed on Mozilla VPN 2.14.0 (2.202302081253), on MacOS 12.6.1.

South Africa and Johannesburg are translated in all the supported languages: co, cy, de, dsb , el, es, fi, fr, fy, hsb, hu, ia ,id, is, it, nl, pa, pt, ru, sk, sq, sv, ua, zh, ja.

If we need to check this on the rest of the paltforms, please let us know.

Andrea Marchesini, what is the corresponding language for the “ha” language code? Or did you mean “ja”? Thank you.
