Verified this as fixed on Mozilla VPN 2.14.0 (2.202302081253), on MacOS 12.6.1.

Croatia / Zagreb / Rome are translated in all the supported languages: co, cy, de, dsb , el, es, fi, fr, fy, hsb, hu, ia ,id, is, it, nl, pa, pt, ru, sk, sq, sv, ua, zh, ja.
