[l10n] [Android] “Single-hop” and “Multi-hop” strings cause UI issues in Ukrainian and Russian

Important details: 

• not reproducible on other platforms;

Affected versions:

• 2.14.0 (2.202303011914);

Tested Platforms:

• Android 11;

Prerequisites: 

• Have a Fx account with subscription;

• Have Mozilla VPN app installed and opened;

• Be signed in;

• Have the app language set to Ukrainian / Russian language;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to “Select location” view and observe the screen;

Expected result:

• “Single-hop” and “Multi-hop” strings are wrapped. There are no layout or format issues. 

Actual result:

• “Single-hop” and “Multi-hop” strings are NOT wrapped and are causing UI issues.
