Android: Android-Auto not shown in app exclusion list. #6604

Hello team!A user reached out to us because he was trying to exclude an app from Mozilla VPN protection using his Android device (Google Pixel 7, Android 13). He tried to add "Android auto" app, but he was not able to locate the app on the list.My first thought was that Android auto is now a system app since Android 10, and therefore might no longer be visible in the list of apps. However, the user makes the following statements:

Summary: Why Mozilla VPN can find the Android auto app on the exclusion list on his Pixel 4 device but not on the pixel 7? Is there anything we can suggest to this user?

Hi all. I'm now impacted by this(as my phone updated to use the system-based android auto app) and I'm curious if I can help "fix" this.

It looks like this is where the app does the exclusions from the VPN. If this is the case, then I wonder if we can hard code in the exclusions for local-only apps like tailscale did here. Tailscale adds 3 of these for Android: messaging, android auto, and now-defunct stadia. This would be the "easiest", I think, but I'm curious on other's thoughts.

Same issue with any system app, as confirmed by the Mozilla support. The system apps are not listed in the VPN app, so they can not be set in the exclusion list.

IMHO, the fix should not be Andoid-Auto-specific
