VPN enters in “No signal” state when choosing the same server for entry and exit location

Important details: 

• reproducible if connecting to Albania - Tirana / Italy - Milan as well (same server for entry and exit location);
• not reproducing on other platforms;

Affected versions:

• 2.15.0 (2.202304101708);

Tested Platforms:

• Windows 10/11;

Prerequisites: 

• Have a Fx account with a subscription;

• Have Mozilla VPN app installed and opened;

• Be signed in;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Select location - Multi-hop view;
2. Change both entry and exit locations to Romania - Bucharest;
3. Turn ON the VPN;

Expected result:

• The VPN is successfully connected;

Actual result:

• The VPN enters in “No signal” state after a few seconds;

I can replicate this with Bucharest as well as Skopje (North Macedonia) but not with locations with a lot of servers like New York. When looking at Mullvad’s server list, it looks like there is a single Wireguard enabled server in both Bucharest and Skopje, so I’m guessing that this is the reason why this is happening. Naomi Kirby Basti to confirm.

If that’s the root cause, we could presumably prevent this by having some logic on the server location screen that discards locations whose ‘remaining wireguard-enabled servers’ are 0. Thoughts?

Marking this as “very low” in the meantime as it’s very much a corner case.
