[Linux] Some apps from App Exclusions list have no icon or/and are displayed twice

Important details:

• Not reproducing on other devices;
• Reproducing with 2.14 as well;

Mozilla VPN affected versions:

• 2.15.0 (2.15.0~rc20230523164535-focal1);

Platform tested:

• Linux 20.04;

Prerequisites:

• Have a subscription for Mozilla VPN;
• Have the Mozilla VPN app opened;
• Be in App Exclusions screen;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Scroll through the list of apps;

Expected results:

• All apps are listed once and have corresponding icon;

Actual results:

• Some of the apps are displayed twice and have no icons (i.e. Ubuntu Software, akonadimailreader, TeXdoctk, GDebi Package Installer)

Verified on Noble using 2.22.0 (2.22.0~build20240418-static1) build (QT 6.6.0), the icons are not displayed for some of the apps listed;
