Implement FxA Auth and Account Creation related telemetry for FxA

Background

Since the Mozilla VPN client can handle FxA account creation for both mobile and desktop, we need to make sure we are indeed pinging the FxA events for logging purposes correctly. Seemingly, we aren’t, as per https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXA-6014.

Requirements

• Add Glean events for the FxA events that are missing (or incorrectly placed), following the spec mentioned here: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVM0BZcnc=/ Note that the FxA glean pings are described in red.

Technically we could still implement this, though… a. We have Account Authentication ( https://mozilla.cloud.looker.com/dashboards/1727 ) and Account Creation ( https://mozilla.cloud.looker.com/dashboards/1334 ) dashboards that give these answers already. b. As you say, we are likely to move to FxA for authentication, so this wouldn’t be a good use of our time as by then we would rely on FxA metrics as currently implemented there.

I’d prefer to keep this open as Low priority as we haven’t decided not to do this yet. But if it’s handy, we can remove it from the FxA epic so that we don’t block closing it.
