Redirect Android Log.* statements to VPN log stream #7446

The Kotlin logs are not making it in the log file, that would be very useful for debugging.

For anyone stumbling upon this - if you’re connected to the device, they do show up via logcat (adb logcat), so you can see them when debugging if needed.
