Is this also reproducible on earlier versions?

Lesley Norton on the 2.16 build I verified last week when the ticket was logged, the issue was not reproducing.

I tried this morning with 2.16.0 (2.202307282002) and the issue is reproducible, but the first notification disappears very fast, almost unnoticeable, please check the video attached

.

I will update the bug description, to match the current behavior.

This is also reproducing while using the 2.19 RC build, on Android 14, but only after changing the VPN language.

Also, the OS notification is displayed in the previous language when activating/deactivating the VPN from the notification bar, after changing the language - I am attaching a video as well.

Lesley Norton, should we track the issue regaring the translation separately?

Thanks in advance!

The issue is still reproducible on Android 11 while using the 2.20.0 (2.202401291756) RC build.
