QA is unable to verify this as our network provider is Orange Romania. When being connected over mobile data network, the internet works while the VPN is activated.

This was prioritized as a “High” for investigation purposes. Then reassess priority.

Description
This customer loses internet connection as soon as Mozilla VPN is connected over their mobile data network.
It works perfectly fine when being connected over a Wi-Fi
Important to note: this is only happening since they switched network providers. The switch was from Alditalk (O2 network) to Edeka smart (d1 network) - both German providers
Does it impact functionality or aesthetics? - Functionality How annoying is this for affected users? (Think about how much 'in the way' this is, relative to what the user is trying to do) - it limits the full usability of the connection over app, when not being able to connect to Wi-Fi
Here are the troubleshooting steps, we have tried so far:
None of the steps above showed any change - please find most recent logs attached.
