[Android] Japan servers are not ordered alphabetically in Select location #9238

Important details:

The issue is reproducible for Single hop and Multi-hop entry/exit locations
Not reproducible on the other platforms

Version/build found in:

2.21.0 (2.202403151640);

Reproducible on:

Android;

Prerequisites:

Have the Mozilla VPN app installed and opened;
Have a Mozilla account with an active subscription;
Be signed in;

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Select location - Single-hop - Recommended view and observe the list of servers;

Expected result:

The list of servers is ordered alphabetically.

Actual result:

For Japan, the list of servers is not ordered alphabetically.

For posterity: This is because we are using non-english characters in these city name translations. This will be addressed by https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/VPN-5172 ( https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/VPN-5172|smart-link ), where for the english translations we’ll use english city names.
