[iOS][Stage] Crash screen no longer displayed with #3748 build #9265

Important details:

Crash screen was displayed on Stage before build #3748;
QA cannot test the crash report screen;

Version/build found in:

2.21(2.202403211546);

Reproducible on:

iOS 16;

Prerequisites:

Have the Mozilla VPN client installed;
Have an account with subscription for Mozilla VPN;
Be logged on stage;

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to Settings - Get Help - Developer options
Click “Test Crash Reporter” button 5 times;
Observe the behavior;

Expected result:

The client closes and crash modal is displayed.
At client reopen the crash screen is displayed;

Actual result:

No crash screen is displayed at client reopen;

This is still the case in 2.23 RC build as well.

We were not able to test the crash screen, from 2.21.
