Current Design - When a folder is created in bookmark it is arranged in between web pages.
This can lead to lot's of scrolling when no. of bookmarked pages are more.
Proposed Design - Following two changes can help out potential users:
Search widget to search bookmarks
Folders are aligned with Desktop bookmarks at the top, this way user can go through bookmarks.
Effectiveness - To check the effectivity of the design, I would discuss it with my team and also A/B testing.
