Work is being tracked in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1667223. The GS5 is my low-end test device so I wanted to get it working.

The alternative is to get a Moto G5 but I don't want to wait for that.

Fixed upstream (though browsertime needs to get updated in m-c before it can be used completely).
