Repopulate missing FNPRMS data, or mark invalid

We have a few days of invalid FNPRMS data: if it's trivial, we should rerun the tests and add the data. If it's not trivial, we should mark the data as invalid (either in FNPRMS or in Eric's dashboard).

Due to https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/perf-frontend-issues/issues/65, the invalid dates are suspected to be:
