FNPRMS logs are very large, bloating results repository #70

Locally, the fenix-nightly-perftest-results repository is 1.3G: that seems quite large for a few months of data. We should consider hosting these artifacts somewhere else (e.g. so that we can purge them if they grow too large).

This won't be a problem when we move to mach perf-test: pre-emptively closing.
